PROJECT SCOPE:

New multi lot subdivision on a beautiful mountain side landscape with some lake views just North of Boisvert’s boat launch on McGregor Lake West of Kalispell. The contract was in joint workings with Murphy’s excavating to rough in roadways and cul-de-sac and LHC to cut in proper drainage on road sections, fine grade and pave 4” compacted asphalt. The owner added a private driveway and RV spot up top at his building location, which was paved at 3”.
