Costco

Project Scope:
We have been selected by Ferguson Construction to complete the earthwork/sitework package for the new Costco location coming to North Town Center in Kalispell, MT. This facility is a l65,l8l SF, one-story mercantile occupancy building with a fully automatic fire protection sprinkler system and fire system, which includes a building shell, canopies, tenant improvements, as well as signage, fire sprinkler and life safety/fire alarm systems, plumbing and electrical/lighting systems.

 

Sitework Package Includes:
Haul Roads and Subgrade Stabilization; footing, spread footing, piers, and plinth subgrade preparation and over excavation and backfill; complete the excavation, grading, and backfill of all dock leveler pits; excavation and grading associated with the pan washer pit; furnish and install 6' aggregate base underlying the slab on grade, exterior stoops and walks, loading dock slab, and east drive slabs; furnish and install a 6" perforated PVC drain with frost-resistant backfill; excavation, scarification, grading, and compaction associated with all perimeter building walks, loading dock ramp, entry vestibule slab and walk, east drive aisle slab, and stoops. This work includes, but is not limited to, excavation, 12-inch scarification of subgrade, 12" import of 3" minus material and 6" of 3/4" crushed aggregate; supply and installation of the fire service extension.
