PROJECT SCOPE:

This was a $20m project to rehabilitate eight bridges in District 1 between RP 117.07 and RP 148.03 on Interstate 90 (I-90) in Missoula and Granite County. Seven of thebridges carry I-90 and one is an overpass over I-90. The scope of work varies for each structure, but generally includes rehabilitation activities such as bridge deck milling and overlay work, bridge rail repairs or replacement, expansion joint replacement, guard angle removal, median barrier replacement, roadway approach work, guardrail replacement, barrier end repairs, substructure repair, and replacement of existing overhead signs.
